This study aims to characterise lesion specific molecular and cellular pathways in hidradenitis suppurativa using transcriptomic analyses to better understand disease heterogeneity and inform targeted therapeutic strategies. The patient data from the electronic health record is not available for sharing. Transcriptome data will be shared in FASTQ file format and as pre-processed count and gene expression network files.
