the proposal addresses an important question and while the analytic plan is somewhat vague due to the fact that the protocol is in development, the main idea is reasonable. I’d suggest conditional approval, contingent up on the investigators’ ability to access the RW data that they are working to obtain (without which the study isn’t feasible).
