The investigators should clarify that they are assessing a prognostic biomarker (i.e. is NLR independently associated with clinical outcome), rather than a predictive biomarker (does NLR level help to stratify patients according to effectiveness of reatment (i.e. is abiraterone more effective in patients with certain NLR levels than in others).
