There are some typos and grammatical errors in the research proposal that the investigators may want to fix. Nevertheless, its an intriguing proposal of a useful scientific question. A bit more information in the statistical analysis section would be useful, including what analytic techniques will be used to meta-analyze the many listed endpoints for the 3 trials and whether the investigators will account for multiple comparisons. Would also suggest being more specific and listing no more than 1 or 2 primary endpoints of the meta-analysis, and relegating the remaining 8 or 9 endpoints that are currently designated as primary to instead be listed as secondary.
