Very few details are provided on the statistical analysis, just reference to the authors prior work on the topic. While not required, it would have been nice to have been provided with more information as part of the protocol to better understand the proposed methods for generalizing/transporting treatment effects from multiple clinical trials to a target population in the presence of systematic missing data.
