The authors just report that they are looking to identify the most “efficient” analytic methods but I remain unclear about how they determine what is “efficient.”  How will they determine if they have identified an improved approach.  In addition, in the dissemination section, they say the manuscript will be written by a “publication committee.”  I think this should be further clarified as well.

 Recommendation for this data request: Not Approve

Needs further clarification as above.
