This is a highly ambitious project using Deep Learning algorithms which are unlikely to validable by conventional criteria. This is not an area in whivh I have any expertise. I have given the benefit of the doubt in answering the question of whether thie data will be able to support this analysis. The suggestion that YODA might monitor progress over the course of the project is interesting but may require discussion. Currently it would lie out of scope.
